Easy Returns & Exchanges

At Wood & Barrel Co. we take great pride in our handcrafted, reclaimed and repurposed items. We stand behind each and every product and are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not pleased with your purchase, email us at woodandbarrelinfo@gmail.com to arrange an exchange or repair. Shipping/Handling charges cannot be refunded unless the item is damaged or defective. We cannot accept returns on personalized or custom orders.

For your security, please return merchandise by trackable means with an insured carrier (e.g. FedEx, UPS).

Once your package is received, we will credit your account for the purchase price. We will issue you a refund directly to your credit card for the purchase price, including tax, of the product. If the item is damaged or defective we will also refund the original shipping cost.

Broken Items
